Founder
Dr. Johnny Nguyen is a function-based chiropractor and lifestyle coach dedicated to helping individuals get out of pain, move better, and perform without limitations.
He earned his Bachelor's degree in Health and Exercise Science from Kennesaw State University before completing his Doctor of Chiropractic degree at Life University. With a background in bodybuilding, powerlifting, and nutrition, his work goes beyond traditional adjustments.
Dr. Nguyen integrates hands-on care, structured rehab, and individualized lifestyle strategies to address the fundamental long-term for sustainable results.
After years as a clinic director in a high-volume setting, he recognized a consistent pattern: patients were getting temporary relief without a clear path forward. That experience led him to build a different model, one centered around clarity, personalized care, and long-term outcomes which ultimately became N-GEN Health.
Whether the goal is getting out of pain, improving performance, or dialing in overall health, Dr. Nguyen helps clients build a clear, evidence-based approach.

Your first visit,
explained.
Your initial visit is a comprehensive one-hour session designed to understand the full picture. We review your history, discuss current limitations, assess movement and function, and begin hands-on care where appropriate. The goal is to leave with a clear understanding of what is contributing to your symptoms and what the next steps look like.
Please wear comfortable clothing and bring any prior imaging or records if available.
Verbal History
A conversation to review symptoms, health records, exercise, lifestyle and preferences to create a unique plan for you.
Movement Assessment
We look at how your body actually moves. Mobility, strength, and functional patterns.
Treatment
Soft tissue work, chiropractic adjustments, and joint mobilization based on what your assessment revealed.
Activity Guidance
Needs-based exercises, movement cues, and recommendations for what to do between sessions.
